A sales and marketing executive for the last 25 years, Joy is an accomplished entrepreneur and management executive with achievements in sales, operations, and organizational development, and has proven capabilities in both public and privately held companies. With extensive expertise in real estate marketing, Joy was hired in 2017 by Novak Brothers as Director of Marketing and later took over Sales and Marketing for Novak’s award-winning Texas Brownstones™ division. McVean was recently named President for Novak Brothers’ Residential Division.
