Bill Paetznick is the President of Novak Commercial Construction and has more than 30 years of experience in construction, design, prototype adaptation, construction management, and program management for various national retailers and building owners. Bill spent 15 years with Embree Construction Group where he was a Sr. Vice President managing a construction division with annual revenue of over 100 million dollars.
Bill has extensive experience managing various high end and quick serve restaurants, multi-level storage facilities, specialty retail, automotive, medical/dental, assisted living centers and industrial facilities. Prior to Embree Construction, Bill spent nine years with an affiliate of Simon Property Group managing construction divisions and physical facilities operations within multiple super regional shopping centers across the US.
Morgan McLaughlin is the Vice President of Novak Commercial Construction and is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He has 15 years of experience in the construction industry and an extensive background in developing, managing and delivering various nationwide roll-out concepts.
Morgan previously spent 12 years with his previous employer as Sr. Director of Construction where he managed a construction sub-division of over 40 million dollars in annual revenue. Morgan has a wealth of experience in high end restaurants, high end retail, automotive, industrial and storage facilities. His passion has always been assisting clients with VE opportunities during the design phase to ensure target budgets are met without impacting the overall concept of the project.
